Delegate what is not the stage
When the live performance becomes a profession, the artist needs a team. What comes out of your hand first.
On the fourth step of the ladder — from the sixth month on — the live becomes a profession. Advertising, partnerships, and products enter the scene. And the artist discovers that they can't do everything alone anymore.
The first thing to come out of your hand is editing: it's the most expensive task in hours and the easiest to teach. Then, publication. Then, messages outside of lives. Commercial and contract come out last, and never come out whole — the signature is yours.
