The body is the instrument
Sleep, water, heating, rest. Whoever does live every day needs to take care of the instrument like a violinist takes care of the violin.
Singing for an hour dehydrates you. Singing on an empty stomach works once; repeated, it becomes dizziness and a weak voice in the end. A cell phone at 30% at the start ends the live before you do.
The pre-live checklist has an entire section called Body, so you have water within reach, real food in the last three hours, a warmed-up voice. And the happiness tracking — the daily emoji — exists for you to notice, with data, when you've gone over the limit.
A professional is not someone who endures more. It's someone who lasts longer.
