In the second and third month, the names of those who return every day appear. The room stops being silent and becomes a conversation. The first constant gifts begin.
The most common mistake in this phase is to change everything: schedule, repertoire, way of opening. Don't change. Those who return, return because they found something predictable. Call people by name. Create rituals. Don't fail.
The weekly task "thank the faithful" is in the members area for this reason. A message to those who were there all night is worth more than ten videos for those who never entered.
